GPU pricing WTF

[strike][/strike] I have been following the prices of the gtx 1060 6gb and am amazed as due to the fact that the msrp of the 1060 is around 250 but the custom models from msi, evga, xfx, gigabyte etc, all are listing thier price at around 300-390. WTF!! can anyone help me as i really want to finish my build soon but the prices are holding me back currently.
