I recently overclocked my GPU Gtx 750 Ti oc x2 windforce - +200 core clock and +400 memory clock.I opened some benchmarks like Heavens and Furkmark and everything worked fine, max temp 60 degrees.
I've been looking for playing counter strike and when i opened it,game freezes at 100 fps in loading screen untili I restart the computer.
After I set my GPU back to stock settings, and I unistalled MSI afterburner,The same problem occurs.
In benchmarks everything is fine but all games like counter strike it freeze until i restart my pc.Why is this happening? My card damaged?
Sorry for my bad english.
My other components: Cpu core 2 duo e8400
Mobi p5kpl-am and 4gb ram ddr2

All your hardware sounds far more than sufficient.

Are you sure your GPU was reverted completely back to stock settings? An unstable overclock shouldn't hurt anything as long as the voltage wasn't far too high.

Strange for the problem to linger back on stock speeds.

I restarted all the settings from MSI afterburner and then i deleted it.New video drivers but the same issue.
I'm starting thinking that is just a CS:GO problem because i tested about 4 games and all were fine and without freezes.
I'll tell you all about it when I'll change my windows with new components. In this moment I have that old components.
