Question GPU problem & PC shuts down

Hey guys so I’m gaming on an Rtx2070s and notice the graphics become like jittery. Then all the sudden my pc shuts down n will not turn back on not even power up. Then the next day it actually turns back on. Weird. I do a bench mark test and everything comes back great except my gpu is 40 percentile when it used to be 110%. Return gpu (Had about a year) or is there another resolution?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu
what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during game?

I’m new so not sure if this is the right order...
Windows 10
Mb- ASRock b450 gaming itx
Ryzen 5 1600
Rtx 2070s
Adata ddr4 3000 16gb
Ssd 500gb (forger name but came back 104 percentile)
Case Thermaltake
Psu- Corsair cx 750 watt 80 plus bronze (modular)
Monitor- Lg 32gk
I run at 1440p 144hz

I’ll check temps rn normal and under load

Gpu temp is 107f
At normal:
CPU @27%
GPU @5%
Ram @26%
