Question GpU problem, Please help me

My PC won't boot up if GPU is installed and it beeps in POST with 4-2-3-3 pattern apparently it's an extended block move problem, what does it mean? It turns on if GPU is not installed and only using integrated graphics. I did every troubleshooting I could and i narrowed it down to either motherboard problem or GPU problem.

I tried:
re seating everything
swapping psu
clearing cmos

I havent tried swapping GPU or using another GPU on my pc cause I dont have spares

can you please help me?

SPECS:
mb: NEC ms9666 012
PSU: inplay GS250BK ( I already swapped with other ones and it works so its not the problem)
GPU: AMD radeon 7850 HD
CPU intel core i3 540

other components are working fine because I already checked them. Help me please

Hello, I need help with my GPU when I turn my PC on ( using gpu as graphics ), it POSTs with the beep pattern 4-2-3-3 and my PC does not turn on. When I tried to switch to my cpu, it turned on with no problems. What do you think is the problem and how do you think I can solve it? Need help...
