Question GPU Problem

Hello, my gpu card GTX 1050 2GB has a problem. When I do not play game, temperature goes on 60 degrees and, gpu load 99%. all this happens in 5 minutes after the computer's inclusion.

Boot the computer, press F8 and go into safe mode, see what the gpu temperature and load is there, it could be you have some software that is eating up your GPU power or it could be windows updates..

When I turn on computer, After 5 minutes later gpu temperature Up to 60 degrees, and load 99%. When I do not play Game.
My PC Specs.
i3 4170 3.70
8GB RAM
GTX 1050 2GB
PSU 500W Codegen 110V/220V

P.S Windows 10 Pro x64 and, I have disable Windows Updates.

Please scan your computer with anti-virus programs such as AVAST, malwarebytes, adwcleaner, hitman pro.

Check your task manager and list what the process is called for whatever is using the most CPU or memory or GPU (if windows 10 has that feature).
