Question GPU problem!

So i had the GTX 970 gaming x MSI GPU, which i found out was broken due to my PC not starting.
Now I bought a new one, the AMD RX 480 8gb, and it shouldnt be a big difference, but it is.
I had 180fps on minecraft with the old GPU, and CSGO aslo ran flawlessly, but now i get around 70 fps on minecraft and its really unstable as well.

What could be the issue?

Specs:

AMD RX 480 8gb
i6 4690k
MSI mobo
16gb ddr3 RAM
Windows 10

Any help would be much appreciated.

Snap, i forgot the name, but all i know is that this wasnt an issue with the previous GPU. And the temp is around 70 when playing.
