[SOLVED] Gpu problem

My gpu runs the bios fine but the second it detects windows, the screen goes blank

Its driver problem due to resolution (graphic settings).
Best is go Boot Safe Mode. Uninstall Driver then go back again..

I encounter this problem before with GPU Scaling/Virtual Super Resolution
