Question gpu problem

so when i boot up my gpu shows a display and the fan spins for around a few seconds and then shut off and the gpu is not being detected in the task manager plus i cannot open the software my gpu is an rx580 8gb xfx anyone have a fix?

Include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.
