Question GPU Problem

Hello guys. I have a problem with my GPU. It isn't thermal throttling or anything. So, when I play games (some games, not all games, and it never happens anytime else) I get these weird artifacts. Like, my screen is full of all colored squares (mostly red, blue and yellow), and they are being rendered on game objects, like rocks, roads etc. Also, I get these vertically stretched objects, as seen on pictures. GPU is AMD Radeon 6850 Cyclone.

Can you please state your full system's specs? Please include the make and model of your PSU and it's age. I don't' see any artifacting in the images, mind you.

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965
GPU: Cyclone R6850
RAM: 8GB Kingston sticks
HDD: WD5000AZLX
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2
PSU: Falcon FLC 600L, bought at the end of 2019, or at the beginning of 2020.

Try reinstalling your GPU drivers. The issue, to me looks more like the game's coding.

Tried it few times, installed old and new drivers. Problem is that it happens in most games, like Far Cry Primal and ATS/ETS2
