Question Games freeze and the FPS drops drastically ?

Hello, I'm currently trying to help a friend. When they play League of Legends or Marvel Rivals they have to have lowest settings and the game will freeze and get drastic FPS drops.

Not sure what the problem is

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU: NVIDIA 3060
PSU: NZXT C750, 750W 80+ Gold Full Modular

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Have you tried using DDU in Safe Mode to remove all GPU drivers(Intel, AMD and Nvidia), then manually reinstalled the latest GPU driver sourced from Nvidia's support site in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator?

Hello,
Make sure all power cables are securely plugged into the motherboard, GPU, and other components.
Double-check that the monitor cable is plugged into the correct port on the GPU (not the motherboard, if you're using the 3060).
Ensure that the RAM is fully seated in the memory slots.
