Gpu problems caused by faulty motherboard ?

Hello people of Tom's hardware

I have a problem with my gpu (AMD radeon R9 270X ) and motherboard it think? while playing gta V i get these weird flickering graphics so a month ago i rma'd i actualy got a replacement in the meantime that constantly crashed when i used it 2 days ago i got my gpu back and now i notice the same flickering isseus in gta V so now's the question could this be the cause of a faulty Gpu slot on my motherboard ?

A new one yes.. That is your problem.. You gpu needs that alone.. Then you have your HDs, CPU, etc.. sucking off it..
Don't skimp on one either. Better a Top Rated one than a large cheapie!

The amount of money i want to spend is around 150$
