GPU, PSU, and Motherboard Compatibility

I currently have,

Windows 8.1 (64)
AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor, 3500 Mhz
AMD Radeon R7 200 Series
8GB of RAM
BenQ RL2455 Monitor
SolyTech atx 400w switching power supply model SL-f400
Motherboard MSI 760GMA-P34(FX) (MSI-7641)

I was going to get this graphics card https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MF7EQJZ , and I was told my power supply wasn't a good brand so I was going to change to this psu https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00EON40CS/ref=ask_ql_qh_dp_hza . Are these good compatible brands, and do I need to change my psu at all? Would both of these changes work with my current motherboard? Thanks.

Same brand does not guarantee compatibility. Also the brand of the PSU has no influence in compatibility. Your current PSU is utter crap and I would suggest this:
