GPU/PSU causing PC reboots?

So I've recently upgraded my whole pc which includes the PSU and GPU. Every time I play BO4 or an intensive game, 30-45 minutes in, my pc decides to just black screen and reboot. After I stress tested my CPU and memtest86'd my RAM, I figure those are not causing these issues. I also kept an eye on my temperatures when playing the games and the gpu and cpu never went above 70. Now that I have these 2 left, which one is more likely to culprit? Could it somehow be the mobo? Any help would be reduce my stress <3

I have a 1080ti + EVGA 750W G3 in the build.

Edit: whenever I use "fast tuning" on my cpu in the bios, the game crashes faster. But even with default bios settings, it still crashes 30 minutes in. Could this be evidence my PSU is faulty?
