Hi Everyone!

I know there are various threads about this issue in the forum but I have tried everyone single one of them. My rig is only 2 years old!

Things I did:
-Updated the BIOS to latest driver. (2.A/2.10) MSI Gaming 3
-Reset CMOS
-Tried moving to different PCI-E Slot
-Updated to latest AMD Crimson ReLive driver (and yet AMD hardware not detected)
-All 6 & 8 pins are connected.

I am currently using my Intel HD 4600 Graphics in order to see on my display however whenever I hook it back up to my R9 390 via DisplayPort monitor isn't showing anything/black screen. This just happened recently as I have never have problems with it before

Any help will be much appreciated!.

Hi Elbert,

No I haven't tried using HDMI or DVI Cable yet and I can't see bios or display whenever I plugged it in to my R930. Im using a windows 10 os.

Hi elbert,

I don't have another working PC to test but a friend is gonna come over to test his GPU in mine to see if it's my MOBO or GPU that has the problem.

Hi elbert,

Yeah but in the meantime is there any other way to get it fix? The logo is on and the GPU is showing in the BIOS.
I don't know what else to do.

Ok if you can get in windows uninstall the driver. If not boot your install usb and enter repair follow the numbered guide below. You may have to navigate to find safemode to uninstall the drivers. Then try booting with the video card plugged up. Download DDU to remove all left over drivers configs. The install new drivers for your video card. Before shuting down make sure your video settings are correct.
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
1. Boot from your Windows 10 installation Media
2. Select your language preferences, and click on Next
3. Click on Repair your computer at the bottom
4. Click on Troubleshoot
5. Click on Advanced options
6. Click on Startup Settings
7. Click on Restart
8. Select Safe mode with Networking

Another way to fix this
firstly wait long enough so the mouse cursor to appear when you move the mouse.
(blank screen with a white mouse cursor)

Then press the space-bar and enter your login password or pin (yes your doing this blind)

You should now be logged into windows
if the desktop dose not appear after 30 seconds then press Win+P keys, down arrow keys twice, and enter to extend display.

In bios turn off faststart

Hi elbart,

It's still not working, I followed everything above and display isn't even showing when booting up with my video card.
When installing the latest driver it's showing "AMD Driver couldn't be installed, AMD Hardware is not detected."

I'm sorry to bother you

With the integrated graphics try to uninstall all video drivers. This should set your graphics to vga mod. Then shutdown and install the card. Test if it will let you boot and install the drivers.

If this doesn't work see if your bios has a legacy setting.

Hi elbart,

You mean uninstall Intel IGP driver? Before I uninstall should I take the card out first?
