Question GPU Radeon RX6650 swift 210 not working with Gigabyte A620M DS3H

I bought MB Gigabyte A620M DS3H with GPU Radeon RX6650 swift 210, Samsung evo nvme disk and AMD Ryzen 5 8400f but GPU not working. When turn off PC display dont detect hdmi. In another PC (different MB and processor) GPU working. Could you help me with this? Thanks.

When turn off PC display dont detect hdmi. In another PC (different MB and processor) GPU working.

When GPU works, then the issue is somewhere else. Namely CPU, MoBo and/or RAM.

So, if you can, validate these three in another machine as well, to make sure they also work.
