Is it okay to run cs-go on ultra at 85 degrees celsius ??
by the way my gpu is- gtx-770
will it go higher on more demanding games like bf3 ??

Seems a bit high. Use GPU-Z and also look at the VRM temps. Anything above 90C for the GPU or VRM is the RMA zone. 85C sustained temps are pretty high and you may need to increase airflow in the case and set the fan speeds yourself with MSI Afterburner or some other GPU tweaking software.

Nope i dont think so

Where do i find the VRM ?

It's not running at 85 but at 81 max as the HW monitor showed but is it still dangerous to have temp at low 80s on cs go ??

on idle the gpu stays at 36-39 range so that's probably okay if i would increase the speed of the fan wouldn't it go too low and cause condensation ??

85c still in acceptable range although such temperature is quite high given today standards (in the past mid 80s to mid 90s are the norm for high end cards). you can use third party utility such as MSI After Burner and do your own fan curve instead let the driver automatically adjust your fan speed. sometimes even board partners tune the fan speed favoring low noise instead focusing to keep the temperature as low as possible during heavy gaming session. For example Asus new Strix series. the fan will only starts spinning when gpu core reach 65c. below that the fan will stop completely

Which software should i use ?
and how to use it so it will start spinning faster when it hits 70 degrees ??
