Question GPU RECOGNIZED BY GPU-Z BUT NOT BY WINDOWS

So I bought a lot of used rx470 that were used for mining , all of them work as a charm for gaming except one, Even though I can connect a dvi connector and get display I cannot play pc games or get graphic card information from windows 10, however with the software gpu z I do read the correct reading of the card. Anyone knows what could be the issue here? Is it an Bios issue? Drivers issue? I already installed the amd software to update drivers they seem to be fine.

A few days ago I came across a similar topic. Flashing the vBIOS from techpowerup did the trick.

Possibly, the graphics card firmware has been flashed for mining operations.

brother do you know how do I reset it to factory bios , firmware or whatever it is not unusuable?
