GPU recommendation for AMD apu

I built a budget gaming PC last year and it is an AMD A10 7850 apu. I want to upgrade it to play at higher FPS for games like CS:GO and OW. I am not sure if I should go with the rx480 or the gtx1060.
Any recommendations? (Budget: $200-$250)

Well, both of those cards will be bottlenecked by your cpu in quite a few games. I would go for the rx480 just because in general, I think it is a better deal.

Is it really a bad thing though if it gets bottlenecked? One of my IT friend said the same thing and I feel like I should not buy it...

Bad for your system? No.

Bad for your gaming enjoyment when the bottlenecks happen and you realize you spent good money on a good CPU and can't enjoy the benefits? Yes.
