So originally I had an MSI trio RTX 2070 super but it's not available atm. I was wondering if I could get a GPU with the same performance in the same price range (under 600 dollars). I have a 240 Hz 1080p monitor so I want to be running games like Fortnite consistently 240 Hz while streaming on the same pc. If my price range isnt reasonable let me know, I'm open to all suggestions. Also since im new to builds, if you notice anything wrong with it just let me know, I would very much appreciate it. Also if you notice anyway I can lower some prices for the same performance.

Solution
240hz consistently, WHILE streaming?
You set the bar higher than you realize mate.

At the minimum, you're looking at the 2080 Super for the gpu, and either 3700x or 3900x for the cpu, and even that's like 215 - 250fps.
It also depends on what you're streaming with - the cpu is the only real option, as doing it with Nvenc or Shadowplay will take the max fps below 240.

I suggest 3900x and 2080 Super. Even the great 9900k won't fix this, indicating a cpu limitation.
