Question GPU recommendations RX 6700Xt or 3060 Ti

So im under a dilemma of two graphics card. Arguably these are mining cards (another topic of debate) between the RX. 6700XT Hellhound and the RTX 3060 ti zotac twin edge. Im looking for perspectives.
I dont really stream anymore (maybe plan to on the future) but I use the nvidia recording software religiously to clip instant replays. I mostly play E-Sports titles and the main reason for the upgrade would probably be to play Escape from tarkov in a better framerate
Current pc specs are:
Ryzen 5 3600
Asus steel legend b550m
Gtx 1060 geil 6gb
DQ750w st power supply
16gb 3200mhz ram

They trade blows from game to game. There is no clear winner here. The 6700xt vram could have been useful if you would have been streaming. But since you use the Nvidia recording, that might be the right choice for you. I would go for a better quality PSU next up...

In the best scenario for AMD, the Radeon 6700 XT and GeForce RTX 3060 Ti occupy the same price point. That being the case, it'll be interesting...

What monitor and what type of sync does it support?

A lot of people tend to overlook the importance if matching your GPU and it's output to the ability and sync type of the monitor it is connected to. As well as that, the type of cable interface between the two.
