Question Gpu recording and streaming

So right now I currently have a asus Radeon rx460 2gb gpu and it can handle streaming quality fine but not recording gameplay while streaming. Just wondering what gpu I will need to upgrade to be able to do both with good quality? Budget is around 200$

The best GPU at that price range is currently the RX 570. Check it out for $180.

No offense, but is there a reason you can't just record, then post videos? Are there that many people watching you play in real time?
