So i removed mobo from case and gpu i changed thermal paste at gpu i placed gpu mobo back in and my pc is not working fan of gpu turns a bit at start up and then stops i tried mobo vga but still not working my cpu is intel core 2quad q8200 did i forgot to plug smth on my gpu ? Its only at pci right ?

Double check all your PSU connections: 24-pin motherboard, 4 or 8 pin CPU, HDD's. Make sure all connections are complete and solid.
That low end of a card likely wont have an external pci-e connection. But, there might be a connection to power the slot on the motherboard itself.

You can also try removing the GPU and using the on board connection. If the GPU is still in there, the system will usually default it.
