i had made test on my memory via mats.img here's my report

check the gpu temp?

you don't want to replace the gpu so there nothing to worry about

while idle is 35-40

If you're seeing artifacts (see this Google image search on what that might look like), then it's a sign the GPU memory is failing. However if you're not seeing this or the graphics driver isn't crashing all the time, then those errors could be spurious and more importantly, recoverable.

Otherwise you may have to detune the graphics card a little so it isn't running as hard.
