Question GPU rgb flickering and software says the fans failed the test

I reinstalled windows 11 after i experienced this,and i still can see 1sec flickering on my7900gre sapphire nitro+,and on top of that i also noticed that it says my fans failed the test after using "fan health check" on sapphire trixx software,even though i can hear them going very loud during test,but shows 0 rpm.

I just reinstalled the windows,freshly installed all drivers as well

How old is the card?
Which port are you using?
Did it ever work before?
How old is the cable, are you sure about the cable specification?
Try to switch ports and cables. You can also try testing with another working machine.

If all else fails, RMA is your option.

Its less than a year,and brand new of course.RX 7900GRE Sapphire Nitro+.Display Port,it worked perfectly until yesterday.Will try with other cables
