Question GPU running at 50% ?

Hi all.

I'm trying to run some benchmark on my 5700 XT Nitro + from Sapphire.

When I go into Heaven and let it run its showing random / normal FPS, but when I hit f9 to run benchmark FPS goes down to exactly 30 FPS and stay at 30 for the rest of the run. Why is that?

All drivers updated, Freesync OFF, running on Performance Power Plan and Performance BIOS on GPU.

Anyone have any ideas?

What is your monitors refresh rate? Try turning freesync on, and if vsync is on then turn it off. Do you have an FPS cap on?
