Hi I'm running with these specs:
Mobo: MSI B365M PRO VDH
GPU: Palit GTX 1650
CPU: i5-9400f

For some reasons GPUz and HWinfo both says that my card is running at x1 instead of x16. I have tried various ways that I've found on the internet. I've tried reflash the BIOS, I've also put my card under load to see if the reading change but nothing has worked.
In the motherboard BIOS, there are no options for PCIe.

here my gpuz and hwinfo

  • Re-seated GPU but still x1,
  • Set bios to default and updated it but nothing has worked.

Can someone please offer some help ?

This is nearly always due to the card not being seated correctly, dirt in the socket/on the connectors or damage to the card/motherboard. Basically it's normally a physical issue, not software.

Take the card out, clean the connector carefully (electrical contact cleaner or IPA), and use compressed air and/or cleaner on the socket. Check there's nothing that looks damaged or wrong around the connectors on the motherboard and the card. Put the card in carefully but securely, making sure it's seated correctly, clipped in, and nothing interfering.

i will try with contact cleaner soon, because no one selling contact cleaner in my place so i need to buy from online shop.
thanks for the answer

there are some bent pins and i fix it with toothpick, and cleaning the connector with contact cleaner.
