My new gpu is running at x8 1.1 instead of x16 3.0 on my motherboard Gigabyte AX370 Gaming Rev 1.x even though if its connected to the x16 slot. See the screenshot

How to solve this issue?

Specs:
  1. R5 2400g
  2. 1050ti Asus
  3. AX370-Gaming
  4. 2x8gb Crucial 2400 oc'd to 2666
  5. 1xWd Blue and 1xEvo 250Gb
  6. 5x CM Case Fans Red Led plus 1x CPU Cooler
  7. Corsair CX450 80+Bronze
EDIT: Just saw that its hopping between 1.1 and 3.0 but stay at x8

You can get a new CPU if you wish but it won't have an impact on your gaming experience with that graphics card.

The difference between the bandwidth of x16 3.0 and x8 3.0 is not a meaningful number even for a GTX 1080. The GTX 1080 has a 320GB/s bandwidth and the number for your card, as shown in the GPU-Z shot, it is 112 GB/s. PCIE 3.0 bandwidth at x8 is 7880MB/s.
