GPU running hot

I've recently gotten the Zotac 1070ti Amp! edition and I've noticed that it runs hotter than to my liking.
It runs 40-45C on idle and 65-83c on load, averaging around 75c. I want to have the fans running 100% all the time but I'm worried that the fans will break (not talking about breaking fins).

Are Zotac cards supposed to run hot like this? Will this card last me a long time (say, 3-6 years) if I let it be running at 80c whenever under load?

thats not hot, if i were you id set it to auto and forget it

you can add extra case fans to improve air flow, but your temps are normal.
