GPU running only at 8x link

After briefly reviewing your manual and not seeing any conflicts, I would assume it to be an error on GPU-Zs part. Things to typically look for include other installed expansion cards, disk drives and where they are installed, shared IRQs, etc...

As I said, I did a brief review of the motherboard manual. I'd suggest doing an in-depth review for yourself. If you come up with no possible issues, then I'd assume a GPU-z error in reporting.

its running on PCI_E 1 16x, i don't have any other PCI-E cards, all other slots are free
