Question GPU RX 550 not working in PCI x16 slot but its work perfectly in PCI x4 slot .What is the cause behind that problem?

Suddenly my GPU RX 550 not working in PCI x16 slot but its work perfectly in PCI x4 slot .What is the cause behind that problem? Is the power issue or something else can anybody help to resolve it.Thank you

What motherboard are you using? And, you mean an x16 slot at x4 speed, right?

Sir I have HP elite 8200 Tower ..issue is RX 550 not working (display) when I put it to PCI x16 slot.
Bu it works fine (display) in PCI x4 slot

Maybe the PCI-e SLOT is damaged then ? Are there any bent pins ?

No I can't see any bent pins .
I just check to assure I put Asus r5230 in PCI x16 slot and it displaying...means that pins are not bent or damaged
