A few months ago my old motherboard died and I wanted a quick replacement and got a smaller ATX motherboard so that I could get a working PC without spending too much.

I moved my PC for the first time (since new Mobo) to the living room to use VR setup and I was getting no display when the PC was on. I tested a different GPU with the same problem and reseated RAM just to check. The GPU was screwed in with a pretty decent amount of sag due to the smaller Mobo. I did not carry my case sideways and wonder if that caused the issue ( I wasn't aware I should until reading today)

GPU: MSI RTX 2060 super
Mobo: ASUS PRIME B365M-A LGA-1151

Solution
Short answer: yes it can be the problem. It's very common when moving a PC with an unsupported, heavy, GPU.

remove the GPU and check the PCIe socket for straightness and that all the pins are evenly spaced on both sides down it's length.
