Would this be considered a gpu sag? If so, is it dangerous or harmful?

Nope , not bad at all , perfectly fine and normal.

I just had mine sag a little and when I went to adjust the seating of the PCIe, I smelled a little smoke and now the pc won't display an image. Be careful with the sagging! Currently trying to resolve this issue.
