Hello I bought the palit jetstream 2070 super GPU and after I ordered it I found out it weights 1,8kg !! It's a lot + my CPU cooler weights about 1kg so I am very scared about my motherboard can it hurt them? Should I order smaller CPU cooler or the cpu cooler won't do anything and I should be concerned about the GPU? My mobo is b450 tomahawk max and my case fractal design meshify s2.

I did a little bit of research and ordered this thing to help with support of the GPU so it won't sag but maybe the PCI ones are better?

My concern is about the material I am not an expert and I don't know how it works but I am scared if it can't "kill" my GPU because it's bad material I heard something about Aluminum Alloy beingan electrical conductor? I would buy from amazon but there is a big shipping for my country it cost more than the product itself...I can buy something like this which is different maybe better material but I don't think if this material can hold this heavy GPU

Any tips and help is appreciated.

GPU PCB's are stress tested and designed to flex so sagging wont damage your gpu. I read there is a small percentage that it can damage your motherboard pcie slot but especially with the silver ones like the B450 Tomahawk have it wont happen. I personally use this with my Palit 2080 https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/cases/accessories/universal-graphics-card-holder-2-supports/ and it has strong magnets and even you move your case arround it wont move at all. I also tried something like your first option and it was not that good.

yes I know I need it for myself so I feel "better" the GPU is safer..
I was just curious if the first I ordered will do okay I am mostly concerned about the material it's made of like I am imagining the gpu will do some electricity and the holder can do something bad and kill my GPU but probably I am just silly but I was saving a lot for my new PC and I don't want to lose it because of stupid mistake...

It will be under the plastic under the card to hold it (where the fans are) i dont get how there is any way it can interact with electrical components of the card.

I don't know how electricity works sorry I was thinking maybe it's going around the GPU and might run into the holder etc and maybe then it might short circuit
