GPU Screen Artifacts

Hi, recently I've noticed my GPU has been displaying some strange things while gaming. I think it might be screen artifacts, but I've never seen artifacts like this. It all started when I decided to see how my PC would perform while streaming GTA V, and I think it messed up my GPU since ( A video to see what's happening https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wUPFMexdBnI ) If you look at the road signs you'll see the pixels shake and such, and later on you'll see some shadow glitches along with it.

So the question is, what might be doing this? It pretty much does this with other games. For example on TF2 the text just flickers out of control. Will I have to return my gpu or can this be fixed easily?

1.Did u overclock ? If yes then undo it.
2.Do you check your gpu temp while gaming? Might be an overheating problem.
3.you tried reinstalling the grpahics drivers / updating it .
4.tried lowering your graphics settings in then checked if the problem presists.

If non of the above works then i think your gpu memory is damaged since its not loading the textures as it should be...
