GPU settings problem? (GTX 1060)

Hi guys,
I have a problem with my new GPU.

GPU: Asus GTX 1060 STRIX
Monitor: X2483HSU (connected using HDMI)

Everytime I restart PC or monitor, it seems that settings saved in Control Panel are not used. Mosty I mean setting for colour vibrance: http://prntscr.com/gdkz4n

The setting itself does not reset, it is 50%, but to apply the effect I have to change it and save. It also resets when I run Crashday Redline Edition.

What could be the problem? Reinstalling drivers does not seem to help.

Edit#1: Also when I save settings (apply after change), it takes like 10 seconds to unfreeze the nvidia control panel window. I guess it is worth to mention if it should not take this long.

If anyone else has similar problem I found a "fix".

The issue seems to be with nvidia drivers, but, if you do not want to waste time for finding a driver version that work well, you can just change the output colour format. Here's the pic: http://prntscr.com/gfikkn

After that change, colour vibrance seems to be loading correctly.
