Gpu showing up as "Video controller"

First off my card is a gtx 750.
I recently got this card and it worked great but one day it stopped working and my pc stopped detecting it and it showed up as "Video Controller (VGA Compatible. Can someone please help me?

Go to Nvidia's website. Download and install the drivers for the GTX 750. That should solve the issue:
