Question gpu shuts off

Gpu shuts off while everything is still turned on and requires a restart

gpu shuts off before i can load into any game

i try to overclock the pc with Msi afterburner , Gpu shuts off

my pc was fine for 3-4 years with no issues and this started to happen out of nowhere

i tested the Gpu with another pc and the same problem occurs

Here is what ive tested so far:

update gpu bios ,reinstall drivers , use a old driver , update everything in device manager
reapply thermal paste for both cpu and Gpu

also the gpu doesnt overheat with 35-40 degree idle temp

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

i tested the Gpu with another pc and the same problem occurs
Since you tried the GPU on another platform, you should state the specs to your other build as well.
