Question GPU shutsdown on 70 Degree Celsius Temp

Been swapping some parts i have on hand..

I added a RX 580 4gb GPU on a A68HM Mobo with A8 7650 CPU..

Tried some games and put them in mid to high settings..but everytime the temp goes to 70-75 C. It shuts down..

I cleaned it all and replace thermal paste both GPU and CPU.

What could be the problem?
Is it bottleneck that cause it?

Make and model of the PSU you're using and it's age? What is the airflow in your case like? Name of the titles you're taxing the GPU with? You might also want to monitor the temps of your CPU as well.

GPU or CPU-temperature?

GPU can go much higher and starts throttling, when reaching more than 90-95 degree ( I do not know the exact point), but not shutting down.

looks like CPU-issue.
