GPU shutting down computer or something else?

I’ve had this computer for a couple years and it’s been great. But now it will turn off (and will have to flip the PSU switch to turn it back on— sometimes it makes me wait awhile) after maybe a minute in World of Warcraft or after a little bit in photoshop. I’m not sure who the culprit is. I took a video of hardware monitors during two separate crashes.

The pics show the specs but if there’s something that would be relevant not listed just let me know and I can look it up.

What is the make/model of the power supply? Given that you have to flip the switch, to get your system to turn back on, would lead me to believe it is the culprit.
