I have a zotac mini gtx 1050 ti 4g and its pretty small only about 6 inches and i want to upgrade to a rx 570 8gb
But my motherboard is a micro atx and it looks like if the card is fatter (not longer) the rx 570 might touch or hit some powerled+ and powerled- cables. If anyone has any thoughts on what i should do itd be appropriated.

Thickness/Width isn't usually a concern on Micro ATX boards. Can you provide the model of the board or computer?

This is the common mapping of width/depth/length when speaking of PCIe expansion cards: http://i.imgur.com/QLhv1.png

Length can be a concern, if that is what you mean. Typically ATX motherboards are built with full length cards in mind. Worst case you can bend over I/O wiring, even the headers, if necessary.
