Gpu slowed down my pc

I both a new gpu gtx 1050 i istalled it and works realy bad drivers are up to date i tryed ■ to reinstall windows didint help

I3 3220 3.3ghz
8gb ddr3
Gtx 1050
b75-d3v motherboard
500w psu

What is wrong??

You should be running on Windows 10 for the best performance. Have you updated the BIOS? It is possible that the CPU could be hindering it's performance due to the age of it.

I agree, that's a really, really bad CPU. Upgrade that and then see how your PC performs.

Also, try a new install of Windows. Back in the Win95/me era it was highly recommended you reinstalled Windows after adding important H/W like a new GPU.

I have windows 10 bios is up to date
