GPU Smells Burnt

I go to take a shower, as im walking to my room, I smell burnt plastic, I look at my PC and the gpu LEDs are not on, I immediately shut the computer off, the Graphics Card is a EVGA GTX 1070 SC with the hybrid kit I installed 4 months ago. The Graphics card does not work with different cords, or a different pcie slot. Please help, if you can, this computer is essential to me (The computer works fine without the gpu since my i5 has Intel HD)

Thanks for responding, but I know its not the PSU the smell is eminating straight from the gpu it self

does the fan on gpu did stop but i would check psu for any overpower on the gpu lines .

the fan on the gpu does not work, where do I check for the overpower lines or whatever, btw this will be my last reply for tonight
