Question GPU software

Hi, I have a 2080ti just re-pasted the gpu. Now when its on afterburner does't let me control power limit and whenever I click on my fan profile my screen shuts then comes back on? Second problem, Nvidea control panel is missing the g syc option?

Any ideas?

i think there is problem that occured while repasting the gpu, better reinstall the driver, if it doesnt fix the issue try showing the gpu to a professional and get it fixed
