GPU spikes between 40% and 60% even at idle

Hello, recently I have been facing a very annoying problem where my GTX 1060 6GB's usage spikes between 40% and 60% EVEN at idle! And when I play games, my framerates are reduced greatly and I get stutter, and the only temporary solution is disabling and enabling the drivers in Device Manager, and I have to do this every tine I turn the PC on. I'm becoming less annoyed and starting to be more concerned.

And yes, I have cleaned the graphics card, and used DDU, in fact I did a second run with DDU to make sure, but eventually the spikes come back again. My method of re-installing the drivers back is by GeForce Experience, and downloading the drivers there.

Do you have good anti malware software installed? I've heard of malware that hijacks computers and uses them to mine cryptocurrency....not saying that's what's happening to your computer, but you never know.

Oh my God. MalwareBytes detected the bitcoin mining hijack software (Riskware.BitCoinMiner), the spikes just instantly disappeared. Thank you very much for raising this to me!
