Question GPU spikes to 100 and crashes ?

Ever since I build this pc, around 3 weeks ago I wasn't able to use it properly. I've tried playing 3 different games (crysis 2, bioshock 2 and minecraft) but my GPU maxes out at 100% usage and then the game crashes either while loading or randomly during playtime.

Here's what I tried so far:
Reinstalling fresh windows 3 times
Buying new power supply
Reinstalling GPU driver with DDU
Updating bios and clearing CMOS
Changing RAM

All drivers are up to date including windows.

gtx asus GDDR6 4GB OC 1650
Prime B560K-M
16GB RAM 2666GHz Kingstone
250GB SSD Samsung

What blue screen, or any kind of error messages, if any, are you getting? Are these all steam games?

There aren't any blue screens or error messages, games just close. None of them are from steam

Check your event viewer for any critical events, other than your system shut down unexpectedly. What if any programs do have that start in the start up menu when you start the computer? Do you use any overclocking programs for the gpu? Have you tried right clicking the the game start icon and using Run as Administrator?

One more thing to try is using Msi Afterburner, you can try reducing the clocks and /or voltage a bit to see if it helps. You said this is a new build are all the parts new including the gpu?
