Question Gpu Spiking and crashing

When playing games such as apex and rust my gpu is spiking to 100, dropping to 0 then crashes the game. On apex i can play a couple games before it crashes and on rust i cant even load into a server without it crashing. Whenever it crashes everything open on my pc bricks and either crashes or has to be force quit due to it being frozen. I didn't use to have this issue before and use to run games fine. When i was able to play and run rust i would get a steady 80Fps but now i cant even load a server. Ive tried talking to nvidia but it takes 4 hours for a reply and its the same things everytime. I attached a Sensor log of my gpu when it crashes loading a rust server and what the task manager looks like. I also added a benchmark from the stability test. Ive seen a couple of similar threads but i think most are with even older parts than mine and also haven't done much trouble shooting. I'm just at a wall on what to do. This is also only a problem on higher impact games such as apex, mw2, and rust i can run csgo without crashing

My Pc I7 7700K @ 4.20GHz, 16GB Ram @ 1069 MHZ, Tuf Z270 Mark 2 Motherboard, GTX 1070, i have 2 monitors and all my data is on sdds. 550w PSU, Window 10 64 BiT
