GPU Stability Testing?

Hello.

I recently build my own pc and I want to get the most out of my gpu. (Gigabyte GTX 1080 windforce oc)

I’m using MSI Afterburner to overclock and I’m wondering how I should check the stability.
What I do now is, I run furmark stress test, and play a round of PUBG. What else should I do and how long should I let furmark (or others) run?

Also, do you have any other tips,.. for overclocking? Everything is usefull!

Generally any benchmark program will double as a stability check. The Unigen Heaven benchmark is popular, while some prefer to stress test with FurMark. If you could also try 3DMark as they have free and paid options for it.

I generally tweak while running Heaven, then stress test in a demanding game. For some reason Fallout 4 is very sensitive to graphics issues in my experience, so I usually include that near the end of my testing.

Normally you'd see stability problems right away, but running for about 10 minutes will expose any temp issues.
