I've been having issues with this for about 2-3 months. My PC will either black screen and return to normal, or freeze and I have to shut it down/restart to fix it.

I've figured out its my GPU driver
I've also noticed it only does it when I pause/start a Youtube video.
"Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
This is the message I get in Event Viewer when it goes black and returns. when it freezes I don't get any sort of error report on Event Viewer, other than it found an unexpected restart.

I've tried uninstalling my drivers, installing them again, then I uninstalled them again and tried the beta drivers, which didnt help either. This card was going fine for a while too, but it's a fairly new system (late 2014 build) and it shouldn't be doing this.

I have Asus graphics card and it has many issues. Not exactly the same. Did you try to uninstall Catalyst? Are you using IE? I use IE and it has issues with Flash player. Hopefully it will be addressed with Windows 10. My videos turn green, IE crashes or loads white pages, I get Video_TDR_Failure ATIkmpag.sys errors and graphics do not come on after sleep... I have been researching it for a while and did not find the solutions. I was told to use Google Chrome instead of IE.

I did uninstall Catalyst each time, I use Chrome, never touch IE and I use Firefox for testing and stuff if Im having issus with Chrome.
