[SOLVED] GPU stopped working

Just returned my 2060 and bought a slightly used but discounted 2060super.
Got home, plugged it in, booted pc no problems. Went to update windows, the pc restarted and while booting the screen just got black with one white underscore on the screen.

Checked my pc and the power light for the GPU was off and the red VGA light on the motherboard was showing.
All the other parts seems to work tho.

Have tried different slots for the GPU and another contact on my PSU cable. When I turn pc on GPU light shows for 1second then disappears.
Would appreciate help.

Mobo: b450 aorus pro with bios f40

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600

GPU: rtx 2060 super

PSU: fsp hyper 600w

RAM: hyperx 16gb 3200mhz

Yeah I have tried all my pcie cables.

They returned it bcuz they regretted their purchase. I will return it tomorrow morning, hopefully it won’t be a problem. Then I’ll buy a new GPU
