GPU stuck at 4% usage when playing Battlefield 3

So i have recently been getting absolutely TERRIBLE fps in battlefield 3 and not in any other games so i decided to see if my gpu waas even being used to render. It turns out that it was only using 4% of it's total power. Its only in Battlefield 3 and in no other game.

Specs are as follows
GPU ASUS GTX 760
CPU AMD A10-5700
RAM 8GB 1333hz
MOBO FM2-A75MA-E35

the cpu% is usually 60%

I have clean installed the most recent stable drivers from nvidia twice

Try using some older drivers.

I have figured out what the problem was but not why, it only seemed to play horribly when amd's raptor evolved was running. When i stopped it it works normally 60fps+
Anyone know why raptor would cause this?

Probably a bug, but I'm not great with software so I'm not even going to guess what could be causing it.
